Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT) and other design software.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Willingness to undertake Sexual Conviction Record Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist in programme planning, development, and coordination of programmes and activities.
• Coordinate end-to-end programme logistics, including material preparation and facility bookings.
• Provide reliable administrative support for counter operations, facility safety checks, and data entry accuracy.
• Execute marketing and promotional campaigns to drive learner recruitment and maximise attendance of programmes.
• Assist in timely and accurate preparation of reports and papers with information and data figures.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.
