Job summary

Chiaphua Components Group seeks a high-caliber Vice President – Human Resources & Administration to lead global HR and administrative strategy. You will shape talent, governance, and organizational design across regions, driving international expansion and high-performance cultures.

The role demands deep familiarity with Chinese labor laws, cross-border teams, and manufacturing operations; English and Chinese fluency are essential. Competitive package with bonus and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in HRM, Admin or related field.
• Minimum 15 years of HR/Admin leadership in large multinationals.
• 8+ years in a senior executive capacity (VP/HR Director).
• Experience leading cross-border teams across regions including Mainland China and HK.
• Strong knowledge of local employment laws and governance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and drive the Group's strategic HR and Admin planning.
• Design and govern long-term HR/Admin roadmaps aligned with strategy.
• Optimize org structures and allocate HR across expanding regions.
• Set global recruitment, talent development, motivation and retention policies.
• Develop corporate performance management and governance systems.
• Standardize HR/Admin policies across regions and ensure compliance.
• Oversee global policy execution and adapt to legal market changes.
• Mentor regional HR/Admin teams to raise performance.
