To support our expanding global operations, we are seeking a strategic, comercially astute, and execution-driven Human Resources Director to partner directly with the CEO and global Executive Leadership Team
Global Footprint: Dual mastery of labor laws, compensation structures, and cross-cultural management across China, Southeast Asia, Japan, and the United States.
Organizational Transformation & Activation: Seamless execution from top-level design (org structure, HR strategic planning) to ground-level implementation (process optimization, team engagement), balancing strategic alignment with operational efficiency.
Crisis & Compliance Management: Proven hands‑on capability in resolving high‑stakes labor disputes, handling compliance litigation, and mitigating organizational crises.
Strategic Planning & Executive Advisory: Ability to translate business strategy into HR roadmaps, serving as a data‑driven talent advisor to the CEO and Board.
Cross-Border Talent System Architecture: Deep familiarity with overseas expansion and global operations, including multi-regional compliance, total rewards, and expat/localization recruitment strategies.
Organizational Development (OD) & Cultural Integration: Mastery of org design and job evaluation metrics, with a track record of shaping high-performance, cohesive work environments.
End-to-End HR Operations & Dispute Resolution: Expertise in overhaul of recruitment, performance, and L&D frameworks, backed by strong legal compliance acumen and crisis control.
This position is defined as the Global HR Lead (Head of HR / CHRO). The core candidate profile centers on Tier-1 Academic Background + Deep Tech/Manufacturing Expertise + Cross-Border Transformation Leadership.
Educational & Qualification Benchmarks: Bachelor’s degree or above from a top-tier university (985/211 or top overseas institutions preferred). Prioritizes global mindset and learning agility alongside hard credentials.
Leadership Seniority: 10+ years of comprehensive HR leadership, with mandatory experience acting as the primary HR decision-maker (HR #1) rather than a functional lead or secondary manager.
Global & Change Leadership: Demonstrated track record in international talent acquisition, managing overseas teams (aligned with US, Japan, SEA, and China operations), and leading successful organizational changes.
Industry Alignment: Deep background in the technology or advanced manufacturing sectors, possessing a thorough grasp of tech business logic, R&D/engineering talent profiles, and organizational pain points.
