Strategic HR Leadership: Partner with the Group CEO and senior executives to design and execute a regional talent strategy aligned with growth plans and objectives.
Technical Talent Acquisition: Build and manage specialized talent pipelines for specialized roles across regional hubs.
Cross-Border Stakeholder Advisory: Serve as the primary HR partner for regional business leads, aligning corporate strategy with operational teams across multiple markets.
Performance & Total Rewards: Develop and standardize regional job grading, compensation frameworks, and incentive structures to attract and retain specialized technical talent.
Operations & Compliance: Ensure overall employment compliance, labor relations, and immigration management across regional offices while overseeing workforce tracking related to funded development projects.
Team Management: Direct, mentor, and oversee 1 junior HR team member handling day-to-day HR administrative operations and employee lifecycle tasks.
8–12+ years of progressive HR Generalist experience, with proven experience in a Regional HR capacity.
Strong exposure to High-Tech, Advanced Manufacturing, Automation, Engineering, Hardware/Software R&D, or Electronics sectors.
Demonstrated track record supporting cross-border teams and partnering with senior stakeholders across multiple Asian markets.
Comfortable operating at both a strategic executive advisory level and a hands-on operational delivery level within a matrixed growth setup.
Professional fluency in English is required; proficiency in Cantonese, Mandarin, or another regional language is advantageous.
