Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking an accomplished HR VP, APAC to shape and drive human resources strategy across the Asia-Pacific region. You will partner with regional leadership to align people initiatives with business goals and deliver measurable value across multiple countries.

Key focus areas include talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, workforce planning, and regulatory compliance, with emphasis on leadership, stakeholder management, and bilingual fluency

Qualifications

• Strong background in human resources leadership, preferably in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Experience managing HR operations across multiple APAC countries.
• Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations in the APAC region.
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills to manage complex organisational needs.
• Ability to align HR strategies with business objectives.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with senior stakeholders.
• Fluency in Chinese and English.
