Job summary

The Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) seeks dynamic professionals to join the Wellness and Creative Industries cluster for a short-term contract. You will support FILMART exhibitor recruitment, update exhibitor information, manage registration systems, and assist on-site operations and post-event tasks.

Fluency in English and Chinese (Putonghua) and proficiency in MS Office are essential. Willingness to work overtime and weekends is required; fresh graduates are welcome.

Qualifications

• University graduate or above in Marketing or related disciplines.
• 1 year’s relevant experience preferred; familiarity with Canvas or Photoshop is an advantage.
• Fluent in English and Chinese including Putonghua.
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese word processing.
• Good communications and interpersonal skills, outward and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Support overseas and mainland exhibitors’ recruitments to participate in FILMART.
• Assist in updating exhibitor information, event website, and related admin tasks.
• Assist with operation of the ERS registration system and reporting.
• Provide pre-event logistics such as badge printing, mailing, packing, transport of materials and VIP shuttle services.
• Coordinate printing, stuffing and dispatch of admission badges per schedule.
• Provide onsite assistance at FILMART registration counter.
• Assist post-event tasks such as updating company directory.
• Support marketing in organizing and implementing promotional materials.
• Assist Project Managers with media enquiries and on-site coordination with photographers and agencies.
