Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is facilitating a high-visibility Total Rewards leadership role for an experienced professional. You will drive strategic design, delivery and regulatory compliance of Total Rewards across the APAC region, working closely with senior regional leaders and European stakeholders.

The role oversees annual compensation cycles, benefit program reviews, market benchmarking and remuneration disclosures, requiring extensive Banking/Financial Services experience and strong

Qualifications

• 8–12+ years of Total Rewards/Compensation & Benefits experience in Financial Services.
• HKMA CG-5 knowledge and remuneration governance in banking.
• C&B programs across APAC including HK and Singapore.
• Proficient in Workday Compensation & Benefits and advanced Excel modeling.
• Excellent English communication across cross-cultural, European-headquartered matrix orgs.
• Autonomous, hands-on IC able to switch between policy design and execution.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.

Responsibilities
