Reporting directly to the Head of Compensation & Benefits/HR Director based in Europe, this is a high-visibility individual contributor role offering the opportunity to shape and drive compensation and rewards strategy across a diverse international workforce.
The successful candidate will play a key role in compensation planning, salary benchmarking, job evaluation, job architecture, performance and reward programmes, benefits administration, and rewards policy development. You will leverage data and analytics to provide insights on pay competitiveness, internal equity, workforce trends, and compensation decision-making while ensuring compliance with relevant regulatory requirements.
We are seeking a stable and commercially minded rewards professional with 8-10+ years of compensation and benefits experience gained within multinational environments. Strong expertise in compensation modelling, market data analysis, salary structures, and job evaluation methodologies is essential, with Mercer IPE experience highly regarded. Candidates from industrial, engineering, logistics, transportation, manufacturing, or other asset-intensive sectors will be viewed favourably.
The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter who enjoys working autonomously in a fast-paced and evolving environment. Fluency in English is required, while Cantonese and Mandarin language capabilities would be a significant advantage. Strong stakeholder management skills, business partnering capability, and a passion for driving best-in-class rewards practices are key to success in this role.
