Job summary

Clearwater Analytics is seeking a senior recruitment leader in Hong Kong to own end-to-end hiring for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success and GTM leadership roles. You will partner with Sales and GTM executives to map roles, design competency frameworks, build a strong pipeline, and ensure a market-competitive, compliant hiring process.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience in Sales/GTM or revenue functions, preferably SaaS/tech/B2B.
• Experience recruiting across levels from IC to senior leadership in a revenue-focused function.
• Strong stakeholder management with Sales/GTM executives and market knowledge of APAC/HK.
• Data-driven candidate assessment, compensation benchmarking and interview design.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for Sales, Business Development, Customer Success, and GTM leadership roles, from intake to offer and close.
• Partner with Sales and GTM leaders to define hiring plans, role scorecards, and competency frameworks aligned to revenue targets.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline of sales talent through direct sourcing, market mapping, referrals, and agency/vendor relationships where needed.
• Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers on market compensation benchmarks, interview design, and candidate assessment for sales roles.
• Drive an excellent candidate experience, representing the employer brand throughout the hiring process.
• Support workforce planning and headcount forecasting for Sales/GTM functions in partnership with Finance and HR Business Partners.
• Ensure compliance with local Hong Kong employment regulations and internal hiring policies throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
