Job summary

Polymer Capital seeks an experienced Recruiter to join its Human Capital team in Hong Kong. You will drive recruitment across investment and non-investment functions globally, partnering with hiring managers to deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

You will manage full lifecycle recruiting, from sourcing and market mapping to offer management and onboarding handoff, while contributing to employer branding, talent pipeline development, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, psychology or related field.
• 3–8 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably in financial services or professional services.
• Strong sourcing and direct search capabilities.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Fluent English; Asian language skills advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across investment and non-investment functions globally.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements, role specs, team structures and priorities.
• Develop sourcing strategies utilizing direct search, referrals, networking, job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and external search firms.
• Conduct market mapping and talent identification across key markets.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
• Coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment pipelines.
• Prepare recruitment updates, hiring reports, and status summaries for management.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner to business leaders and hiring managers.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and candidate availability trends.
• Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and search firms.
• Ensure consistent communication and follow-up throughout the process.
• Maintain and administer recruitment systems, trackers, and applicant management platforms.
• Manage offer preparation and recruitment documentation.
• Coordinate background checks and pre-employment screening processes.
• Ensure governance requirements are completed prior to hire.
• Partner with HC Operations for smooth handoff from recruitment to onboarding.
• Support employer branding initiatives, social media recruitment campaigns, and industry events.
• Coordinate university relations, internship programs, and campus recruitment.
• Build talent communities and support career fairs and conferences.
• Identify opportunities to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
• Develop recruitment analytics and dashboards.
• Ensure processes remain scalable and compliant.
