lululemons Talent Acquisition team in Hong Kong is looking for an experienced senior recruiter to own full-cycle hiring across levels, including Director roles, partnering with managers to shape talent strategy and pipelines.

You will design multi-channel sourcing, maintain recruitment data quality in our ATS, and deliver a consistently excellent candidate experience while guiding stakeholders with market insights in a fast-paced retail environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, agency and in-house.
• Experience in recruitment for retail, consumer or D-to-C environments.
• Strong sourcing, market intelligence and stakeholder management.
• Data-driven with ability to influence business leaders.
• Excellent English communication and relationship building.

Responsabilidades

• Own full-cycle recruiting across levels, including Director roles.
• Act as trusted advisor to hiring managers with market insights.
• Build pipelines across industries, functions, geographies.
• Design multi-channel sourcing strategies to attract talent.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Maintain requisition and candidate data accuracy in ATS.
