You will be responsible for providing a clear, holistic, and trackable talent acquisition roadmap for the organization, while leading the optimization of campus recruitment, daily hiring channels, recruitment tools, and governance systems.

You will focus on enhancing the efficiency and quality of key hires while driving the standardization, systematization, and visualization of recruitment operations. The ideal candidate must possess strong cross-functional collaboration skills, strategic oversight capabilities, and professional English proficiency. You will be based in Hong Kong, supporting global recruitment mandates and management requirements. Direct experience in hiring for Finance, Technology, and AI sectors is essential to navigate these distinct talent markets effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Oversight: Centrally manage the company’s overall recruitment needs, establishing a robust project management mechanism to ensure leadership has real-time visibility into the hiring landscape, key progress, and core risks.

  • Executive Search: Deeply support key positions and critical talent acquisition, leading the search, assessment, negotiation, and closing of mid-to-senior level candidates.

  • Operations & Data: Build and optimize recruitment dashboards, rhythm mechanisms, and data analytics systems to enhance process transparency and decision-making efficiency.

  • Campus Recruitment: Lead the campus recruitment ecosystem, including annual planning, target school strategies, process design, resource coordination, and post-project reviews.

  • Channel Management: Overhaul daily recruitment channels, optimizing channel structure, partnership mechanisms, ROI, and vendor management.

  • Systems & Governance: Responsible for the development and iteration of recruitment tools, workflows, and policies to drive standardization and organizational synergy.

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with Business Heads and HR partners to understand organizational needs and propose forward‑looking talent solutions.

  • Capability Building: Support the professional development of the TA team, institutionalizing methodologies and best practices.

  • Specialized Strategies: Develop differentiated sourcing strategies for Finance, Tech, and AI roles to improve the identification and acquisition of specialized talent.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in end-to-end recruitment, with the ability to independently drive high-end executive search and critical hiring projects.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage recruitment demand, pace, and priorities at an enterprise level.

  • Extensive experience in managing campus recruitment programs and building recruitment toolkits/governance frameworks.

  • Direct experience in recruiting for Finance and Technology/AI sectors, with the ability to tailor strategies for different talent profiles.

  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory; ability to work effectively in the Hong Kong office environment supporting global requirements.

  • Mature stakeholder management skills with experience in reporting to C-suite/senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in cross-border or international recruitment within a globalized organization.

  • Experience managing recruitment in complex, multi-business line, or hyper-growth environments.

  • A \"Player-Coach\" mindset: capable of both hands-on execution and high-level system building.
