Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
• Around 5 years' recruitment experience.
• Background from both in-house TA and recruitment agency is highly preferred.
• Strong experience in fashion / retail industry recruitment.
• Proven track record in large-scale frontline hiring.
• Familiar with labour market trends within retail and fashion sectors.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process, focusing on high-volume frontline hiring for retail stores.
• Partner closely with retail operations and business leaders on manpower planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Drive sourcing initiatives through multiple channels including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and market mapping.
• Handle recruitment for store operations, sales associates, supervisors, and other retail positions.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Support employer branding and recruitment-related projects.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and provide hiring market insights.
