KOS International Talent Group is retained for a leading property-related group in Hong Kong seeking a strategic Talent Acquisition Director to lead recruitment transformation and elevate hiring effectiveness across the organisation.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will drive end-to-end TA excellence, optimise processes, build pipelines, strengthen employer branding, and lead a high-performance TA team within a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment spanning Hong Kong and Mainland China.

Formación

• Degree qualified with leadership experience in sizeable organisations.
• Proven track record in end-to-end recruitment and process improvements.
• Strong understanding of TA best practices, operations and metrics.
• Experience building talent pipelines and employer branding initiatives.
• Commercially minded with ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and optimise the full recruitment lifecycle from workforce planning to onboarding.
• Review and enhance recruitment processes, systems, and workflows for efficiency and quality.
• Develop internal and external talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Build and maintain strong candidate networks and talent communities.
• Partner with business leaders to understand hiring priorities and provide strategic TA solutions.
• Strengthen employer branding to attract top talent.
• Drive talent intelligence, analytics, and market mapping.
• Collaborate with Organizational Development and Talent Management teams to align people plans.
• Lead, coach, and develop the Talent Acquisition team to foster high performance.
