Job summary

Leadingnation, an independent electronic component distributor and integrated supply-chain solutions provider, seeks an experienced procurement professional to lead end-to-end sourcing from overseas markets and manage supplier relationships.

Based in Hong Kong, you will work with internal stakeholders to align procurement plans with business needs, ensure governance and compliance, and drive continuous improvement in efficiency and cost control.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of procurement experience in electronic components or IT infrastructure.
• Strong Excel skills including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Good written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Source reliable overseas suppliers for electronic components and IT infrastructure.
• Manage full-cycle procurement: sourcing, quotations, tenders, evaluation, contracting, supplier management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and governance standards and drive cost efficiency and process improvements.
