Job summary

ETERNITY CONSULTANTS (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced Purchasing Manager to lead procurement for direct and indirect materials in a consumer electronics manufacturing setting. You will source suppliers, negotiate prices and credit terms, monitor deliveries, and ensure inventory control while coordinating with senior management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8-10 years solid purchasing in consumer electronics in a factory.
• Strong leadership, integrity, business acumen and negotiation skills.
• Good communication, a self-motivated team player with initiative to work under pressure.
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• ERP System experience and MS Office proficiency.
• Willing to stay in China.

Responsibilities

• To handle all purchase of direct material and indirect material.
• To handle all purchases such as electronic parts, plastic parts, metal parts.
• To develop sources of suppliers and negotiate price and credit terms as well as control inventory.
• Monitoring product delivery schedules to meet tight production deadlines.
• Analyzing the performance of vendors and presenting findings and recommendations to senior management.
• Prepare the proposal and budget for each year.
• Monitor the operation of Purchasing Dept.
