Michael Page International (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a Senior IT Procurement Manager to lead end-to-end technology sourcing, negotiations, and governance across software, hardware, cloud services, and IT-enabled services in Hong Kong. The role requires strong stakeholder management and a track record of successful large-scale procurement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Business, Procurement, Supply Chain, Technology or related discipline.
• 8+ years of procurement, strategic sourcing or category management experience.
• Strong experience in technology procurement (software licensing, infrastructure, cloud, IT services).
• Fluent English; Cantonese/Mandarin advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement across technology categories.
• Develop and execute category strategies for cost efficiencies, value creation, and risk mitigation.
• Manage RFI, RFQ and RFP processes and supplier negotiations.
• Lead commercial and contractual negotiations with global technology vendors and service providers.
• Build strong partnerships with business, technology, finance, legal and risk stakeholders.
• Drive supplier performance management through governance frameworks and KPI tracking.
• Provide procurement expertise on large-scale transformation, infrastructure and digital initiatives.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with governance, compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Identify opportunities to optimize demand and improve procurement processes.
