Leadingnation is seeking a Global Supply Chain Manager to coordinate material sourcing and procurement across international sites, driving cross-border efficiency and risk mitigation. You will steer supplier relations and leverage global volume for competitive pricing.

The role requires 10+ years in EMS/electronics supply chains, strong negotiation, ERP expertise (SAP/Oracle), and fluency in English and Mandarin. Stationing at the Dongguan factory with global scope and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in global supply chain management, EMS/electronics manufacturing.
• Deep understanding of international trade, tariffs, customs regulations, and freight logistics US–Asia.
• Proven negotiation expertise, mastery of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle), and advanced data analytics.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin; Vietnamese a plus.

Responsibilities

Position Overview

The Global Supply Chain Manager will serve as the central coordinator for material sourcing and procurement across all international manufacturing sites. • Skills : Proven negotiation expertise, master-level fluency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and advanced data analytics.

• Communication : Exceptional cross-cultural communication skills; proficiency in English and Mandarin is a must. Understanding Vietnamese would be a strong asset.

Working Location: Stationing Dongguan factory is required.
