WIN SOURCE is seeking a Purchasing Manager in Hong Kong to strengthen the global supply chain and drive strategic sourcing for electronic components. You will leverage supplier networks and market insights to expand sourcing channels and manage supply risk on an international platform.

You will collaborate with global teams on supplier evaluation, pricing, lead times and sourcing projects while ensuring supply security and continued competitiveness in a dynamic market.

Qualificações

• 3+ years in electronic components procurement or related supply chain roles.
• Strong understanding of global electronic component supply markets and major sourcing channels.
• Established supplier relationships with the ability to independently develop sourcing channels.
• Understanding of manufacturers, authorized distributors and independent distributors, with ability to evaluate supplier value and risks.
• Strong market judgment, commercial negotiation, supplier evaluation and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of quality requirements, traceability and supply chain risk management.

Responsabilidades

• Global Supplier Development: develop and maintain global electronic component suppliers and sourcing channels.
• Strategic Sourcing: expand qualified sourcing channels to improve supply diversity and competitiveness.
• Supply Chain Security: evaluate supplier reliability, authenticity, traceability and risks.
• Procurement & Commercial Negotiation: manage RFQs, price negotiations, lead-time confirmation and terms.
• Market Intelligence: monitor semiconductor trends, inventory and pricing dynamics.
• Supplier Relationship Management: build long-term partnerships for competitiveness and resilience.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: work with sales, procurement, quality and logistics teams.
• Supply Network Optimization: optimize supplier structures for resilience.
