Job summary

Hong Kong Job Consulting is seeking a skilled Procurement Manager in Hong Kong to lead budgeted procurement operations and strategies for cosmetics and food supplements sourced internationally. The role focuses on supplier relationships, contract viability, and alignment with financial goals.

You will supervise Purchasing and Accounting staff and ensure efficient daily procurement activities, with fluent English and Mandarin required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Purchasing, Supply Chain Management, Business Management, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum of 6 years procurement experience in pharma, food supplement, or cosmetics, including 2+ years in supervision.
• Familiarity with accounting principles and practices.
• In-depth understanding of the food supplements or cosmetics sectors.
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Manage the procurement budget and develop innovative, cost-effective strategies.
• Oversee procurement operations, including purchase approvals, logistics coordination, and sourcing high-quality cosmetics and food supplement products from international markets.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers while managing sourcing activities.
• Evaluate and review existing supplier contracts to ensure their viability.
• Negotiate pricing and contracts to align with internal budgets and financial goals.
• Supervise a team of Purchasing and Accounting professionals to ensure efficient operations.
