Job summary

Senko Advanced Components (HK) Ltd is seeking a proactive Junior Purchaser in Kwun Tong, Hong Kong. You will manage end-to-end purchasing activities, forecast demand, issue RFQs, and negotiate with APAC suppliers to ensure on-time deliveries.

You will coordinate with the sales team, overseas offices, and QA to address issues, with occasional travel to mainland China for audits and alignment. A Bachelor in a related field and 2+ years of purchasing experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain coordination.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (especially Excel for demand analysis) and general supply chain software/ERP systems.
• Experience handling RFQs, order processing, and supplier negotiation in an international setting.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese).
• Willingness to travel to mainland China and other overseas supplier locations as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day purchasing activities, including sourcing, RFQs, PO processing, and tracking supplier commitments.
• Review forecast data, analyze demand trends, and adjust inventory orders to prevent bottlenecks.
• Negotiate pricing, lead times, and terms with APAC suppliers; monitor delivery schedules.
• Act as main contact for China sales team and overseas offices; follow up on orders and delivery status.
• Collaborate with QA teams and suppliers to address quality-related issues.
• Occasionally travel to mainland China and other supplier locations for audits and alignment.
• Execute additional operational tasks and support supply chain initiatives.
