Job summary

Hitachi Rail Hong Kong Limited is seeking a seasoned Supply Chain Procurement Manager to lead and optimize procurement strategies across global operations. This role focuses on cost efficiency, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and legal teams.

The ideal candidate will bring 8–10 years in supply chain and procurement, demonstrated leadership, and strong analytics to drive risk mitigation and performance

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field required.
Minimum 8–10 years in supply chain/procurement with 3–5 years in leadership.
Proven track record in negotiation, contract management and supplier relationships.
Experience with ERP systems and global supply chain regulations.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage procurement strategies for multiple categories.
Lead supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management.
Conduct market research to identify suppliers, cost-saving opportunities.
Manage supplier performance, risk, and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, logistics, and legal teams.
