WIN SOURCE in Hong Kong seeks a Strategic Purchasing Manager to shape global sourcing strategy, expand critical component supply channels, and build long-term supplier partnerships across regions.

You will evaluate supplier reliability, manage procurement projects, negotiate terms, and collaborate with procurement, sales, quality and logistics teams to strengthen supply resilience. A background in electronic components procurement with strategic vision is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in electronic components procurement or strategic sourcing.
• Strong understanding of global electronic components and semiconductor markets.
• Established sourcing channels or strategic supplier networks.
• Ability to independently develop sourcing strategies and manage complex projects.
• Strong market insight and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of quality management, authenticity, traceability and compliance.
• Strategic mindset and cross-cultural communication.
• Ability to communicate in English or local language.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key electronic components.
• Develop and integrate manufacturers, distributors, and sourcing partners.
• Evaluate supplier reliability, supply capability, quality, traceability and risks.
• Identify high-value suppliers to establish long-term partnerships.
• Analyze supply-demand changes, inventory cycles and pricing trends.
• Lead sourcing projects and negotiate terms to optimize cost and lead times.
• Collaborate with procurement, sales, quality and logistics teams regionally.
