Our client is a leading Japanese optical glass manufacturer, with its Hong Kong office serving as a key sales and distribution hub for global markets.We are seeking adetail-oriented and proactive Shipping Coordinator to ensure seamless coordination between international customers and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison between customers and suppliers, ensuring smooth communication and timely follow-ups.
• Access clients systems to download and process purchase orders, delivery notes, monthly statements, quality reports etc.
• Handle order adjustments, delivery schedules, and issue resolution efficiently.
• Ensure orders are fulfilled on time or ahead of schedule, coordinating inbound/outbound shipments to meet customer deadlines.
• Address customer complaints regarding defective products by collaborating with sales and factory teams.
• Maintain accurate records and update internal databases.

Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 5 years solid shipping/logistics experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
