Job summary

RedotPay, a global crypto payment fintech, seeks a senior security leader to shape and drive the company-wide security program. You will oversee security for payments, on-chain and off-chain transactions, and wallet protection, while leading a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidate has extensive information security leadership experience, strong technical background in cloud and application security, and a proven ability to balance risk with business growth in a fast-paced fintech environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• 8+ years of information security leadership experience.
• Experience in payments, fintech, digital assets, or Web3 is preferred.
• Strong English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the security strategy, architecture, and program for global payments.
• Oversee security across stablecoin payments, on-chain transfers, fiat ramps, and card payments.
• Design and protect core systems, cloud infrastructure, networks, applications, and APIs; drive secure development.
• Develop and implement digital asset security, wallet security, and key management strategies.
• Establish incident response, monitoring, and business continuity processes; lead major incident responses.
• Build and manage the security team and collaborate with Engineering, Risk, Compliance, and Operations.
