Job summary

RedotPay is seeking a Product Manager specializing in card issuing to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our card products, aligning with card schemes and vendors to drive growth and global expansion.

You will collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, and marketing to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant card offerings across jurisdictions, with data-driven decision making at the core.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 3–5 years in cards issuing or card payments.
• Familiarity with end-to-end card lifecycle: issuing, embossing, authorization, settlement, disputes.
• Deep understanding of ISO8583 and card schemes (VISA/Mastercard).
• Translate business requirements into product design documents or specs.
• Strong analytical skills; SQL or analytics tools preferred.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end product strategy for card products (virtual and physical).
• Engage with card schemes (VISA/Mastercard) and vendors to onboard new features.
• Manage full lifecycle of card products and integration with schemes and processors.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, risk, marketing, and BD teams for compliant products.
• Track performance using key metrics and iterate based on data.
