• Minimum 2 years of sales coordination experience.
• Experience in preparing sales documents and coordinating delivery.
• Exposure in trading company is an advantage.
• Proactive, dynamic, team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and English communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle sales order coordination and delivery arrangement.
• Work closely with customers and vendors on sales order processing.
• Prepare quotations, sales invoices and delivery notes.
• Keep track of order status to meet customers’ requirements.
• Maintain efficient sales system and assist in sales campaigns coordination.
