The role requires 5+ years of electronics sales experience, strong negotiation and analytical skills, and fluency in English. Mandarin is a plus. Bachelor degree holders are encouraged to apply.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor degree in Electronic Engineering or Marketing.
• More than 5 years sales experience in electronics industry preferred.
• Proven experience of managing country level business.
• Experience in management and training of sales team, able to motivate team members to achieve performance targets.
• Result-orientated with strong numerical and negotiation skills.
• Excellent command of English (written and spoken); Mandarin is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead the development of market share, revenue growth and sustainability and delivery of customer value proposition outside China.
• Formulate, coordinate, implement, evaluate and optimize the national channel development plan and annual channel expansion plan to undertake the company's strategic objectives.
• Control the balanced development of sales budget, sales expenses, resource allocation and sales targets.
• Maintain and develop key customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Work closely with Project, Design, Engineering and Production teams to ensure customer requirements are met on a timely basis.
• Plan the overall operation of the international trade department, establish and improve sales related systems and processes, and promote standardization of sales management.
• Manage the sales team, including recruiting, training, motivating and evaluating team members to improve overall team performance
