Job summary

Smith & Associates Far East Ltd. is searching for a Sales Manager in Hong Kong to develop and execute strategic sales plans for IC and key commodity markets. You will identify new clients, conduct high-volume outreach, and build long-term partnerships across China and Southeast Asia.

The role requires 5+ years in electronics sales, strong analytics, and excellent negotiation skills. Fluency in English and Chinese is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or above in any discipline.
• 5+ years’ experience in electronics sales across trading, franchise, distribution, or manufacturing sectors.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills to close deals.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in IC or key commodity markets.
• Identify and engage with potential clients who require IC or key commodity solutions in China and SE Asia.
• Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients to foster long-term partnerships and repeat business.
• Stay up to date with electronics technology to communicate product features and benefits to clients.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and offices.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new opportunities and develop strategies.
• Participate and assist in ad hoc projects.
