Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in international trade, marketing, electronic engineering, or related fields.
• 5–10 years of international sales experience in the LED driver power supply industry.
• Proven experience in leading a sales team of 10+ members.
• Fluency in English and Chinese.
• Willingness to travel.
• Strong cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sales strategies to achieve annual targets.
• Lead participation in international trade shows to acquire customers.
