We are looking for a passionate candidate to join our team to support daily recruitment activities for our clients in different industries. Working with the experienced recruitment specialists, you will support the team in initial candidate sourcing and matching.

Job Descriptions

• Provide comprehensive recruitment and professional onboarding experiences to our clients
• Source and identify potential candidates and through different channels
• Work closely with team consultants to expand candidate pool, verify and update candidate information to database
• Advise the most appropriate solution for attracting candidates and maintaining a candidate database
• Conduct Interviews and assess candidates based on client’s requirements
• Identify and develop new client/business relationships in a competitive environment
• Assess and respond to the needs of each particular client or assignment
• Act as HR Business Partner to manage the process through interview to offer stage and to deliver general career advice in appropriate time manner
• Research on industries and market trends to compile reports for clients and candidates
• Coordinate the internal administration work during the payroll and invoice cycle
• Other ad-hoc supporting duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business related disciplines
• With 2 to 3 years working experience in recruitment, human resources or account services etc. Candidates with less experiences will also be considered as Associate Consultant

• Proficient in computer applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint etc.
