Job summary

Michael Page is partnered with a leading multinational manufacturing organisation seeking an experienced Transformation Leader. The role focuses on enterprise-wide process re-engineering, standardisation, automation, and digital transformation across multiple international locations.

You will drive Lean and operational excellence programs, develop capabilities, and partner with regional leaders to deliver strategic objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in relevant fields.
• 15+ years in BPR, Operational Excellence, or transformation leadership.
• Proven track record leading cross-site transformation programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead global process improvement and standardisation initiatives.
• Drive ERP, MES, automation and digitalisation projects.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices.
• Develop process documentation, training, and change management capabilities.
