Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is seeking a Consulting Director to lead large-scale finance transformation engagements. You will advise C-suite stakeholders, shape finance operating models, and drive programs across FP&A, R2R, P2P, and O2C in a global services context.

The role requires deep finance expertise, leadership, and the ability to manage complex transformations with senior-level stakeholders.

Formación

• 10+ years of management consulting or finance transformation experience.
• Experience advising CFOs and senior executives.
• Proven track record leading large-scale finance transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of finance processes and operating model design.

Responsabilidades

• Direct end-to-end finance transformation programs across FP&A, R2R, P2P, O2C and reporting.
• Advise CFOs and senior executives on finance strategy and operating models.
• Lead cross-functional teams and coordinate with business, finance, tech, and external partners.
• Mentor consultants and contribute to practice development.
