Michael Page International (HK) Ltd in Hong Kong seeks a Business Process Reengineering Director to lead global operational transformation across manufacturing networks, driving ERP/MES-enabled change and digitalization.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, align with senior stakeholders, and deliver measurable efficiency improvements through Lean and Continuous Improvement, with exposure to SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics and other ERP/MES platforms.

Qualifications

Experience leading large-scale process redesign in manufacturing or industrial settings.
Proven ability to implement technology-driven improvements across operations.
Strong change management and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsabilités

Analyse current processes to identify acceleration and efficiency opportunities.
Lead cross-functional teams to design and implement process optimisation strategies.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Utilise technology to streamline workflows and improve operational performance.
Monitor and measure impact of changes to ensure outcomes meet targets.
