Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting on behalf of a leading International Printing Manufacturer for an Associate Supply Chain Director. You will partner with senior leadership to drive group-wide supply chain performance and lead cross-functional transformation across regions.

Responsibilities include demanding planning, production planning, inventory optimization, capacity management, and developing KPIs and reporting frameworks to inform strategic decisions at the group level.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain
• Strong knowledge of demand planning, forecasting, production planning and workflows
• Proven track record in business improvement and project leadership
• Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive change in a matrix environment

Responsabilidades

• Partner with senior leadership to improve supply chain and operational performance across multiple business units
• Drive demand planning, production planning, inventory optimisation and capacity management
• Identify operational inefficiencies and implement continuous improvement projects
• Lead cross-functional transformation programs and stakeholder alignment across regions
• Develop performance metrics, operational KPIs and reporting frameworks
• Provide operational and strategic recommendations through data-driven analysis
• Support business planning and decision-making at a group level
