Michael Page (Hong Kong) is partnering with a leading multinational manufacturing client to appoint an Executive Transformation Leader. You will drive enterprise-wide business process re-engineering, standardisation across sites, and digital initiatives to boost efficiency and scalability.

You will collaborate with regional leaders, coach teams in BPR methods, and lead complex change programs with a global footprint.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related disciplines.
• 15+ years of experience in Business Process Re-engineering, Operational Excellence, Digital Transformation, Lean Manufacturing, or Continuous Improvement leadership roles.
• Proven track record leading large-scale transformation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and geographies.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, process optimisation, and operational excellence frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with ERP, MES, automation technologies, and enterprise digitisation programs.
• Knowledge of NPI (New Product Introduction) processes within consumer products or manufacturing environments.
• Exposure to AI, advanced analytics, and emerging digital technologies is highly desirable.
• Exceptional stakeholder management, presentation, and change management capabilities.
• Experience leading multicultural teams within complex, global organisations.
• Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Willingness to travel internationally (up to 50% when required).

Aufgaben

• Lead global process improvement and standardisation initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites.
• Drive ERP, MES, automation, and digitalization projects to improve operational efficiency and business performance.
• Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement practices to enhance productivity, quality, and scalability.
• Develop process documentation, training programs, and best practices while coaching teams on BPR methodologies.
• Partner with cross-functional and regional leaders to deliver strategic transformation projects and business objectives.
