Job summary

HSBC is seeking a high-calibre professional to join the Premier Elite team in Hong Kong as a Premier Elite Relationship Manager. You will manage our top-tier clients and collaborate with Investment and Insurance Specialists to support clients throughout their life journey.

You will lead a dedicated Premier Elite team, delivering wealth creation and capital preservation strategies in a compliant, risk-aware environment. UHNW portfolio experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in finance or related discipline.
• Solid years of experience in relationship management with UHNW clients.
• Proven track record in client portfolio management and sales results.
• Expert knowledge of financial planning and wealth products.
• Excellent communication in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
• Holder of relevant licenses and CPD compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationship with HSBC Premier Elite clients.
• Acquire, develop and retain relationships with UHNW clients.
• Articulate client needs and deliver to exceed expectations.
• Understand clients' financial goals and provide wealth strategies.
• Achieve KPIs and profit growth through client relationships.
• Mentor and coach team members.
• Ensure compliance and risk control in daily operations.
