Job summary

HSBC is seeking a Premier Relationship Manager in Hong Kong to develop and manage a Premier client portfolio. You will tailor wealth and investment solutions, collaborate with product specialists, and promote Premier services to drive client satisfaction and referrals.

The role requires strong client-facing experience, a finance/business education, Cantonese and English fluency, and the ability to work across multiple branches in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• University level education, preferably in finance, business or related discipline.
• Experience in client facing environment with relationship-building skills.
• Strong sales orientation and customer service focus.
• Fluency in Cantonese and English; additional languages an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop Premier customer base and manage assigned Premier clientele portfolio.
• Match financial and investment products to clients' needs.
• Collaborate with product specialists to fulfill multiple client needs.
• Promote Premier service and refer clients to other HSBC units when appropriate.
• Support branch improvement initiatives and provide customer feedback.
• Ensure compliance with local and global regulations and HSBC principles.
• Note: multiple work locations across Hong Kong branches.
