Job summary

Klook is seeking a part-time contractor in Hong Kong to support Sales and Business Development. You will assist in onboarding new products, configure backend systems, and manage operational content.

The role requires quick learners who adapt well to change, with strong English and Chinese communication. Expect a flexible schedule of at least 3 full work days per week and opportunities to work with an international team.

Qualifications

• Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly.
• Adaptable in fast-changing environments with a can-do attitude.
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity.
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese.

Responsibilities

• Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience.
• Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required).
• Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Contractor.
