Job summary

Klook, a leading experiences platform in Asia Pacific, is seeking a contractor for Sales and Business Development support. You will onboard new products, configure backend systems, and help grow partnerships across markets.

The role also emphasizes content operations and proactive problem-solving. You will join an international team, gain exposure to global travel brands, and contribute to a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

About Sales and Business Development：

Sales and Business Development are a group of explorers, always looking for your next favorite adventure. We work with businesses on the ground to find new experiences for our users, negotiate exclusive deals and unleash our merchant partner’s full potential through account management.

What You’ll Do :

• Product Onboarding & Configuration: Assist in onboarding new products and configuring backend systems to ensure smooth operations and user experience
• Content Operations: Support in writing, formatting, and managing operational content across platforms (no creative writing required)
• Tool & System Usage: Operate various internal and external tools to carry out daily operations – we value fast learners!
• Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the Contractor.

What You’ll Need :

• Fast learner who can pick up new systems and tools quickly
• Highly adaptable in fast-changing environments, with a can-do attitude
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable with ambiguity
• Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese
• At least 3 full work days per week is required
