OKX in Hong Kong seeks a globally minded operations professional to drive Web3 growth and ecosystem partnerships across markets. You will independently plan and execute cross-regional campaigns, connect ecosystem projects to real users, and turn insights into sustained on-chain activity.

Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, Data, and regional teams to convert feedback into product improvements, ensuring campaigns boost Wallet usage and overall ecosystem growth.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Web3 ecosystem operations, growth, and campaign delivery with verifiable outcomes.
• Hands-on participation in on-chain ecosystems, wallets and DApps usage.
• Strong cross-market collaboration and project management skills.

• Identify opportunities and plan global and regional ecosystem campaigns.
• Build and maintain relationships with project teams and communities across regions.
• Define metrics for user growth, onboarding and retention, and optimize incentive mechanisms.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, design, marketing and data teams to improve the user journey.
