Job summary

Knorr-Bremse AG in Hong Kong seeks an experienced Senior Logistics and Sales Administrator to manage orders, ensure on-time shipment, and handle import/export compliance. You will prepare monthly reports and liaise with forwarding agents, suppliers, and customers. A 5-day week with a hybrid work setup is offered.

Fluent English and Chinese and SAP SD experience are preferred. The role requires 5–8 years of sales/logistics admin experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to adapt to change

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above with 5–8 years in sales and logistics administration.
• Fluent in English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua).
• Proficient in MS Excel; knowledge of SAP SD and Power BI is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage orders to ensure accurate order execution and on-time shipment delivery.
• Handle orders according to import/export regulations; check prices, enter into SAP or with suppliers, monitor progress, arrange delivery, prepare shipping documents and invoices.
• Prepare monthly sales and delivery report and discrepancy summary.
• Monitor payment, send reminders, handle claims and other contractual obligations.
• Deal with forwarding agents and shipping companies; select shipping companies, audit invoices.
• Handle customer complaints and logistics for faulty goods returns.
• Maintain file of correspondence and records.
• Provide clerical support for year-end external audit.
• Assist to prepare month end reports including inventory, logistics cost, turn rate, D95, down payment, AR.
• Handle ad hoc assignments.
