JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hong Kong

Position Type: Internship, Part time (2 days per week)

Contract Duration: 12 months

Reports to: Contract & Order Management Team

Position Summary

This internship offers hands‑on experience in order management, logistics coordination, and business operations within a multinational environment. The intern will support daily administrative and coordination tasks related to order fulfilment while gaining exposure to SAP systems, cross‑functional collaboration, and regional supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in data entry and basic system updates for customer orders (e.g. SAP)
• Support preparation of shipping documents, invoices, and related paperwork
• Help maintain order records, tracking files, and internal documentation
• Assist in tracking order and delivery status and updating reports/spreadsheets
• Support internal coordination for order‑related information follow‑up (under supervision)
• Provide general administrative support to the team (e.g. filing, data checking)
• Assist with customer enquiries and basic issue handling under guidance
• Support audit preparation and documentation tasks
• Participate in ad hoc assignments and team projects

Requirements

• University students, majoring in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related disciplines
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail with good organizational skills
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
• Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese; Putonghua is a plus)
