Job summary

Anveron Consultancy Pte Ltd in Hong Kong is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Administrator to manage end-to-end administrative tasks across SEA and Europe, with exposure to SAP and export controls.

You will prepare quotations, orders, invoices, and delivery notes; ensure accuracy in SAP; and liaise with internal teams to meet timelines. A Diploma in Business/Marketing and 2+ years' experience are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in sales administration, sales operations, order management or a similar position.
• Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/order management system.
• Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and formulas.
• Detail-oriented and comfortable working with numbers, documents and systems.
• Able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively within deadlines.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive team player who can work independently when required.
• Willing to work overtime when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, sales orders, customer acceptance documents, invoices and delivery notes.
• Process and manage customer orders accurately in SAP.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations and other internal teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly and on time.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in SAP.
• Ensure sales documentation and order processing comply with internal policies and ISO requirements.
• Prepare and maintain Export Control / ICP documentation.
• Maintain organised and accurate electronic records for easy retrieval and audit purposes.
• Support ISO, export control and annual financial audits.
• Review and improve sales administration processes to enhance efficiency.
• Provide administrative support for regional and global sales activities.
