Job summary

Ruihuo Cosmetics International Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an Operations Coordinator to support product assembly projects, coordinate with 3PL providers, and ensure smooth ERP/CRM rollouts.

You will manage shipments, packaging materials, documentation, and reporting across international locations, with travel to China required, and help centralize customer management for the Hong Kong market.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating with third-party logistics providers.
• Experience with ERP systems.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Travel to China is required.

Responsibilities

• Support product assembly project by preparing instructions, documents and coordination with 3PL provider.
• Provide operational support for packaging materials and quality control for new productions.
• Process order entries and updates within the ERP system, and deliver instructions to the 3PL provider.
• Coordinate local and international shipments with carriers, in collaboration with the 3PL operations team.
• Maintain electronic filing of all order-related documentation.
• Prepare periodic sales and inventory reports to track sales performance and ensure real-time stock visibility across international locations.
• Support the operational rollout of the CRM system for the Hong Kong market to centralize and enhance customer management.
