HR Plus is seeking a seasoned Logistics Manager in Hong Kong to oversee performance of 3PL partners, validate invoices and KPIs, and drive global logistics improvement projects. You will collaborate with Sales, Operations and Finance to optimize shipping, budgeting and inventory management.

The ideal candidate holds an Associate Degree or higher, has 4+ years in logistics leadership, is fluent in English and Chinese, and is proficient with ERP/CRM systems and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or above
• Minimum 4 years of work experience in Logistics Management
• Fluent in English and Chinese, proficiency in other Asian languages is an advantage
• Experience with ERP/CRM system
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Responsabilités

• Monitor logistics service provider performance and validate invoices, metrics, and KPIs
• Develop and present relevant logistics metrics
• Serve as the key point of contact for global logistics improvement projects
• Analyze logistics processes and recommend adjustments for operational efficiency
• Work with Sales & Operations to understand customer shipping requirements and coordinate with 3PL
• Collaborate with Logistics Manager and Finance on freight and 3PL budget and invoicing activities
• Work with Global Trade Compliance team on import, export, duty, and VAT matters
• Maintain database and identify opportunities for inventory reduction
• Other duties as required
