Job summary

Deckers Asia Pacific Limited seeks a logistics-focused professional to support HK Operations and APAC Integrated Planning. You will coordinate with Shipping, Planning, and 3PL partners to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and successful DC go-live.

Responsibilities include managing 3PL relationships, outbound planning, and last-mile delivery, while driving cost savings through vendor benchmarking and process improvements. A strong background in warehousing and data analysis is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM or related fields.
• Project Management Cert. desired.
• 3–5+ years supply chain experience focusing on warehousing, logistics, Distribution Center operations.
• Knowledge of Harmonized Tariff Code and China customs.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Power BI, MS Access, Infor Nexus, Oracle EBS, WMS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support projects and peak window operations for HK Operations and APAC Integrated Planning.
• Coordinate with Shipping, Integrated Planning, Factory Planning, logistics forwarders and 3PL to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and DC go-live.
• Manage 3PL and freight forwarders for DC processing, outbound planning and last mile delivery to customers.
• Validate vendor billing statements, benchmark rates, and drive cost savings through process improvements.
• Periodically review service providers and vendors’ rates and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Job description

Support projects and peak window operations for the teams under Hong Kong Operations and APAC Integrated Planning umbrella.

Coordinate with Shipping, Integrated Planning, Factory Planning, logistics forwarders and 3rd Party Logistics Partner to ensure on-time-in-full delivery and order fulfillment; Manage various tasks and transitions needs for new Distribution Center go-live.

Manage Third Party Logistics Partner(3PL) and freight forwarders for efficient DC processing, outbound planning and last mile delivery to customers.

Other assigned tasks and continuous improvement initiatives and projects - Validate vendor billing statements, compare, negotiate cost and continuously as well as relentlessly drive savings. Periodically review service providers and vendors’ rate, compare with market rate, benchmark and bring down cost. Identify and assess cost saving opportunities and/or 3PL process improvement for better accuracy and time reduction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, business, STEM or related fields. Project Management Cert. desired. China Customs Declarant Cert.
• 3~5+ years supply chain experience focusing on warehousing, logistics, Distribution Center operations required. Business planning or sales operations a plus.
• Project management and data analytics helpful
• Knowledge about Harmonized Tarriff Code and China customs desired.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with advanced Excel skills
