Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling shipping / logistics documentation and data entry.
• Provide general clerical support to daily operation.
• Customs declaration through trade-link.
• Monitor inventory level of materials and manage materials turnover.
• Coordinate with warehouse for smooth supply.
• Handle ad hoc clerical duties as assigned.
