The role requires strong technical and commercial acumen, with experience in two-stroke engine service models and global cross-functional collaboration. The candidate will work with Sales, Field Service, Supply Chain, and Technical Experts to resolve issues, track KPIs, and identify upsell opportunities, while ensuring compliance with QHSE standards.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related technical/commercial field.

Responsabilités

• Serve as main point of contact for LTSA customers, ensuring timely updates on service execution, spare parts delivery, and maintenance schedules.
