Jardine Engineering Corporation (JEC) seeks a senior professional to manage service operations and maintenance contracts for generator and fuel systems in Hong Kong and across Asia. You will lead service engineers, monitor SLA performance, and coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years in service operations or maintenance management, with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Formación

Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
8–10 years in service operations, maintenance or engineering services management.
Proven track record in managing maintenance contracts and field service teams.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with generator or fuel systems is preferred.

Responsabilidades

Manage service operations and maintenance contracts for generator and fuel systems.
Lead and supervise service engineers and technicians to ensure safe execution of works.
Monitor service quality, contractual compliance, and SLA performance.
Plan manpower deployment, maintenance schedules, and emergency response activities.
Develop client relationships and address operational issues and complaints.
Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and support tender submissions.
Drive operational efficiency, safety, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Coordinate with internal departments, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
